
1. Ordering from our website:
There are more ways to select and choose from our products. The easiest way is to use the "search" function that window of which is to be found in the left-right corner of the site. Further on you can search based on sports and product types. In case you wish to search on different sports all you need to do is to click on the relevant white silhouette in the header or click on the name of the sports from the list that you can find on the left side of the site. If you wish carry out your search based on product types then you can pick one of the product types that are also to be found on the left side, below the sports.
2. Confirmation of your order:
After placing order on our website the customers will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In case out of any reason this confirmation delays more than one working day please contact our colleagues during working hours (from 8am till 5pm). You will find our contact details below at point 8.
It might happen that the ordered goods run out of stock. In such case we will inform you as soon as possible. We will send you an e-mail in which we will inform you when most likely the goods will be agin on stock and/or we will do our best to offer similar products from our stock.
3. Delivery terms and costs:
In case of all inland orders we deliver the ordered goods in 3 working days. It is important that the customer provides us with accurate contact details. It makes sense to give us an address where one can be reached during the daytime (address of office or working place) as the courrier will try to fulfill the delivery 2 times between 8am and 5pm.
The transportation fees for the whole country are:
up to 10 kg 1.000,- HUF
between 10 and 20 kg 1.200,- HUF
between 20 and 30 kg 1.500,- HUF
Additional costs may be added in case of COD (cash on delivery) as the cost of money collecting needs to be charged:
up to 20.000,- HUF the charge is 560,-HUF
between 20.000,- and 50.000,- HUF is 750,- HUF
between 50.000,- and 100.000,- HUF is 1000,- HUF
In case the size and/or value of the ordered goods do not fit into the above parameters, we will send you a precise calculation of costs by e-mail.
A cost saving solution is the bank transfer of the money. In case the customer remmits the value of the product/s and the transportation fee then there is no COD cost. See more details at "Payment conditions" (point 4.).
The transportation is carried out by GLS courrier. Their datas are:

The courrier can not deliver the goods on fixed timing therefore we advise all our customers to provide us with addresses where the delivery is most likely to be fulfilled in the daytime.
In alternative situations (ie. order of a pingpong table) we will offer customized delivery terms and costs.
4. Payment conditions:
In case you order from Hungary then the easiest way to fulfill the payment is cash on delivery. In this case you will need to pay the full cost to the messenger. The full cost will include the value of the product, the transportation fee and the cost of COD (cash on delivery).
The second way is the bank transfer. This might slow down the process of the delivery as we need to see the amount on our account first. (Takes few days to appear.) But in such case there is no COD cost.

5. Ordering from abroad:
Ordering from abroad in this case means ordering from outside of Hungary, from any European country (be that an EU member or not) or any country in the World.
Please note that we can and we do deliver goods to any country where the basic conditions of delivery are given (ie. existing courrier service, clear addressing).
In all cases we will ask our customer to remmit the value of the goods and the transportation cost in advance.
The time span of the delivery may depend on lots of factors therefore each case will be advised uniquely. After we get the order we will come back to our customer with a detailed e-mail containing all informations on the costs and delivery.
6. Guarantees:
Lancast-Hungary Ltd. offers right of exchange for all of its products, ordered from our webshop. In case of rescission, the buyer has to send back the products to the seller’s address in 8 days after the date of delivery. In such case we will need the original invoice, and the products must be in their original (and possibly intact) packing. Following that we will change the products, or we pay back their cost. In that later case, the seller is obliged to pay back the relevant amount in 30 days. The seller can refuse to pay back the cost in case the products show signs of injury or misfunction as a result of improper usage of the product.
When the buyer exercises his right of rescission, he must bear all costs of transportation that occur. Important! Please check the packing and shipment in all cases, before signing the receipt of delivery, otherwise we cannot accept any reclamation concerning missing products.
